Job Description:
As the Head of Generative AI, you will spearhead the development and implementation of generative artificial intelligence technologies across our banking services. This strategic role combines leadership, innovation, and technical expertise to drive our bank to the forefront of AI in the financial sector. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, leveraging AI to create novel financial products, improve customer interactions, and optimize operational processes.
- Lead the development and execution of our Generative AI strategy, ensuring alignment with our bank’s vision and objectives.
- Manage a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy generative AI models that enhance our banking services and operations.
- Foster innovation by staying abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning and exploring new technologies and methodologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, product development, and customer service, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our banking ecosystem.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and articulate the value and impact of these initiatives.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, prioritizing data privacy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- A PhD or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.’
- Deep expertise in generative AI technologies, including natural language processing, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to ethical AI practices.
Salary: Up to $400,000 USD per annum
