What We Need

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with five (5) – seven (7) years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in AI project management, coordination, or support.
  • Deep understanding of AI systems, model training, system deployment and modern RAG practices.
  • Hands-on experience building MLOps and Serverless applications.
  • Expertise in data engineering and data pipelines.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to engage with faculty, administrators, and technical teams. Skilled at bridging communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for advancing AI in higher education.
  • Some travel may be required.
