At ST Infosystems DMCC (India), we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and drive our AI and ML initiatives to new heights. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for reshaping our customer (internal and external) experiences and driving the development of all our digital native experiences. Roles And Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data engineers, data scientists, and developers to design and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML models and solutions.
- Serve as the technical expert on AI/ML initiatives and provide guidance and direction to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, and developers, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies with a focus on AI/ML.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient AI/ML algorithms, tools, and pipelines.
- Take part in defining use cases and proof of concepts.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and libraries to meet project requirements.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and accuracy of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of AI/ML processes, methodologies, and results.
- Present AI/ML findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing machine learning and/or analytics models at scale, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.
- Experience in leading data-centered analyses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Azure Big Data/ AI/ ML 6-7 certifications a MUST
- Experience in leading a team and guiding them while being hands-on and able to manage tasks with problem-solving skills is essential.
