Core responsibilities include:

  • AI Tool Integration: Develop and integrate text-to-image AI tools such as Dall.E and Midjourney using open-source platforms such as oTree, or other suitable integration platforms, to work seamlessly with survey platforms like Qualtrics.
  • User Interface Development: Design and refine the user interface to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience throughout the experiment.
  • Other duties as assigned

You should demonstrate:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of integrating AI tools and developing user interfaces. Familiarity with platforms such as oTree and survey platforms like Qualtrics is highly advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a research team.
  • Research Interest: A keen interest in research, particularly in the areas of generative AI and creativity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-stack engineering. A background in computer science or a related field is preferred. Experience with Python and Java is essential.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
  • Availability: Ability to start immediately, with a commitment to contribute to the project’s success through its expected launch in July 2024.
