Position Summary: | Â The Sr Digital Engagement Admin will be part of a dynamic team working toward building and implementing a strategic, constituent centric, and technology forward experience through system-wide communication initiatives. To achieve this, CU is energetically growing capacity in a Salesforce-enabled ecosystem which includes Marketing Cloud and Pardot. The Sr Digital Engagement Admin will provide data analytics expertise to drive decision-making.
CU’s Sr Digital Engagement Admin will play a hands-on role in the ongoing data maintenance of the platform while helping to provide insights to University of Colorado – Colorado Springs (UCCS) campus CRM efforts. This position will guide in campaign management, and student pipeline analysis and will supervise data between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce. This position will support the data quality and outreach for digital communications for campus-level communications. The Sr Digital Engagement Admin is responsible for maintaining the integration between UCCS Salesforce org and Marketing Cloud. The Sr Digital Engagement Admin will build Marketing Cloud Journeys following design and process guidance in collaboration with CU domain experts on all campuses. This position will also develop and create responsive, best-in-class email templates for CU business units. This position reports to the Digital Engagement Manager and is exempt from the State of Colorado Classified Staff system. |

What We Offer: | Salary:Â The anticipated hiring range has been established at $95,000 – $97,500.
